We have known Lee England for more than 10 years and have employed him (England Design / Build) for a number of construction projects. He was recommended to us through personal friends, and over the years we have greatly appreciated and admired his workmanship.
We have had several demanding as well as routine projects that required a variety of skills that Lee was able to bring to the table. As with many construction projects, when there comes a time when alternative ideas or plans are necessary, Lee has always been able to revise and rework the problem to come up with a satisfactory solution.
Once undertaking a project, Lee handled everything from start to finish. He arranged all sub-contractors, was on site for inspections, painstakingly worked with us through many design changes to be sure each design worked the way we thought it would, and managed to satisfy everyone’s ideas. Because ours is a private residence, he was always careful to limit disruptions and gave us plenty of notice about situations that would cause us any inconveniences.
