Our ’luxury barn’ project was completed on time and on budget despite several design changes and design additions. From the initial meetings where ideas were shared through the town zoning approvals process (twice) and then actual construction through the winter of 2007-2008 you (England Design / Build) were able to keep the process flexible and moving. Our project evolved and changed through the construction so your ability to adapt and re-direct efforts were especially valuable. I was especially happy with your choice of equally adaptable sub-contractors. I am now in the (enjoyable for me) process of finishing those details that I chose to take on and decorating and using the building.
